This volunteer story was published on Chaiyawut Watjang's Facebook page. Published on June 12, 2016, it is a picture of a group of students in the field of rubber science and technology, 2nd year, Ubon Ratchathani University's Faculty of Science, 30 people collecting garbage by the sea beach, most of which are difficult to decompose, such as plastic bags, water bottles, foam boxes, etc.

Previously, students studied in rubber products companies in Rayong province and Chonburi province during 7-9 June 2016 to increase their knowledge and experience as every year ago. After completing the study on 9 June 2016, they returned to their accommodation near a sea beach in Mueang Chonburi district. In the evening after the study, the group discussed the results of the viewing activities as always. During that time, everyone noticed that the beachfront area was covered with rubbish. Therefore, the same idea is to collect waste together to at least lighten the burden of staff or caregivers in this area. It also creates a good social awareness to conserve the environment.

Teacher Chaiwut Watjang, a student supervisor, said that he was proud that the students did not overlook the small problems around him. The students saw the problems and helped to solve them together. This demonstrates a good conscience towards society and the environment. It is a good example for young people to do volunteer activities that are beneficial to society and the environment. This is another pride of Ubon Ratchathani University.

Mr. Panithan Thammawiset or fax, one of the group of students doing good deeds, said that he was glad to be part of doing good deeds in society. Many people may see it as a visualization, but in fact, what we do today is out of feelings. The impression of this time may not be to experience the beautiful sea, but what we get is a touch of doing good deeds for society on your behalf, for nature. Every sea is beautiful. It will rely only on public or private agencies to help take care of it. It may not be thorough, but if we all come together to help in taking care of the cleanliness.Discipline yourself, believing that the problem of waste will eventually subside.
