His Majesty General Dowpong Rattanasuwan, the Privy Councillor, appointed Professor Watcharin Karak, President of the Engineering Society of Thailand under the Royal Patronage, on the occasion of bringing 53 engineering students from higher education institutions across the country to receive the 2024 Good Education Medal of the Fund for Engineering Studies and Research under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn by Mr. Chiraphat Santa, a student of the Faculty of Engineering.The fourth year of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, with an average grade of 3.97, was the first best performer of the Faculty of Engineering, Ubon Ratchathani University, and received the Good Education Medal for the year 2024 at the Sahathai Sala, Grand Palace Association, on Tuesday, December 24, 2024.
Mr. Chiraphat Santa, a fourth-year student of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Ubon Ratchathani University, who received the Good Education Medal for the year 2024, said that he was very happy and proud to receive the Good Education Medal after completing the vocational certificate or vocational certificate. He is determined to study at the Faculty of Engineering, Ubon Ratchathani University, which is a reputable educational institution and is close to home, reducing the cost of reducing the burden on the family.The family has three twin siblings, all of whom studied at Ubon Ratchathani University, including Mr. Jiraphat Santa in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mr. Jiravej Santa in Architecture and Mr. Jirayu Santa in Civil Engineering.
He studied vocational education (Vocational School), which is not a science - arithmetic field. When he came to the university level, many subjects had to adapt and understand more than others. He tried to read books, understand, review lessons as well as get a grade point average of 3.97 in electrical and electronic engineering. And he and his brother were also given the opportunity to receive scholarships (graduation scholarships) of 30,000 baht/year of the Ajinomoto Foundation. In addition, during school, he also participated in faculty and university activities to increase the experience during school as well.
